As a locally owned business, we have been a part of your community in the Sacramento Valley since 1993. We care about our name and reputation. If you use the Better Business Bureau's website to look us up, you'll find that we have a clean record - on the rare occasion that we may encounter a dissatisfied customer - we work until we get it right. We do not use commissioned sales or service people: that is, no one has a monetary interest in selling you more than you need.
Most large companies, even the ones that are household names, aren't really garage door specialists. Sure, they sell the product - and they hire subcontractors that will install the door for you - but are do they really have your best interests at heart? These big companies have found a way to get your money, without really having to be a responsible contractor. They hire the cheapest subcontractors they can find, make you wait several days - sometimes weeks for your product to be installed, and then blame the subcontractor if anything goes wrong. Try getting a warranty issue taken care of by an oversized customer service department and an underpaid subcontractor. We are your start-to-finish, and next year's tune-up company. You can speak with the boss directly, and get through on the first call to someone who can help you. We do not offer free financing, however we do accept major credit cards, checks and cash. Think of the money you'll save by purchasing with us a bigger bonus!
We keep our overhead low with no need for big advertising campaigns or impersonal customer service departments. Nor do we pay subcontractors to do the work. This enables us to keep our prices low-lower than those who brag the most.
Installers
Our installers are employed by us as important members of our team. They are selected for their ability to provide quality service in an efficient and friendly manner. And, we only hire people who have legal status to work in the U.S. and we carry full insurance for their sake and for yours. We then train then to do the job right. Our high standards pay off, because follow up service calls to correct mistakes are few and far between. Our installers are accountable for the quality of service they deliver and are proud to be part of our company.
Location
Delta Door Company is proud to have two showrooms. The Sacramento showroom is located at 8000-B 14th Avenue, in Sacramento, California. And, is open during regular business hours. Whereas our Roseville showroom at 603-A Douglas Blvd in Roseville is open by appointment. Do you really want to do business with someone who operates out of the back of his pickup truck? Or gets his orders faxed to him from a call bank in Los Angeles? If you can't go see where they do business, how can you track them down if you have an issue? Come visit our showroom and see the products up close.

Warranty
Our warranty on labor is the standard 1 year for California contractors.

Q. Are you LICENSED?
A. We are licensed as required by law. Our California State Contractor's License number is 672266. Click here to view government licensing site. Anyone contracting for jobs greater than $500 are required to be current licensed contractors.
Q. Are you BONDED & INSURED?
A. Yes, worker's compensation protects our employees and homeowners against injury to a worker on their premises. Liability insurance and bonding are also required for any contractor to operate legally. We would be happy to provide you with information on our bond & insurances upon request.
Q. Are you a member of the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU?
A. Yes, and we are proud of our record. Check with the Better Business Bureau to see for yourself.
Q. "Home Improvement Stores" are open longer hours and promise low prices. Why should I do business with Delta Door Company?
A. Shop around, you'll find that despite their boasting, the home improvement stores just can't beat our prices for the same materials, selection, and customer service that we are able to provide.
